Octopus Biosafety Delays Annual Meeting for Audit

Octopus Biosafety SA (FR:MLOCT) has released an update.

Octopus Biosafety SA has announced the postponement of its annual general meeting, previously scheduled for June, to a later date to be confirmed. The delay will allow auditors additional time to complete a thorough evaluation of the company’s intangible assets and inventory. The postponement was authorized by the Commercial Court of Lorient and comes amidst a period of ongoing observation of the company’s performance and outlook.
