Octopus Apollo VCT plc has announced a shift in its fund management, with Octopus AIF Management Limited now serving as the full scope AIFM, following EU regulatory guidelines. The company has redefined its investment management agreement and continued its partnership with Octopus Investments Limited for portfolio management services, also appointing NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services Limited as its depositary. These changes and additional disclosures will be available on the company’s website and the National Storage Mechanism for regulatory inspection.
