Octopus Apollo VCT Reports Share Buyback

Octopus Apollo VCT (GB:OAP3) has released an update.

Octopus Apollo VCT plc has announced the buyback and cancellation of 3,792,273 of its own ordinary shares, impacting the company’s total issued share capital and total voting rights, which now stand at 840,061,626 shares. The shares were purchased at a price of 47.27p each, with Director Murray Steele’s holdings included in the transaction. Shareholders may use the new total voting rights figure as a reference for disclosing changes in their company interest.
