Octopus Apollo VCT plc has announced the issuance of over 5 million new Ordinary Shares at 49.2p each for shareholders who opted for shares instead of a cash dividend. The shares are expected to be listed on the London Stock Exchange around May 17, 2024, with the company’s total voting rights now standing at 843,636,337.
