Octopus Apollo VCT Directors Acquire Shares

Octopus Apollo VCT (GB:OAP3) has released an update.

Octopus Apollo VCT PLC has disclosed transactions of allotment of ordinary shares under the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme for several non-executive directors, including Murray Steele and Alex Hambro, with transactions occurring on the London Stock Exchange. Shares were allotted at a price of £0.492 each with individual transaction volumes ranging from 1,028 to 9,789 shares, all dated 2 May 2024.
