Octopus AIM VCT 2 Issues New Equity Shares

Octopus AIM VCT 2 (GB:OSEC) has released an update.

Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc has announced the issuance of over 4 million new Ordinary Shares at 44.2p each, as part of their Dividend Reinvestment Scheme, replacing the final and special dividends due on 27 June 2024. The new shares will be listed on the London Stock Exchange with trading expected to start around 11 July 2024. Following this issuance, the company’s total share capital and voting rights have increased to 187,084,599 Ordinary Shares.
