Overseas Chinese Town (Asia) Holdings Limited has announced the postponement of their extraordinary general meeting (EGM) originally scheduled for September 19, 2024, to October 25, 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer forms and share certificates by October 24 to vote at the rescheduled EGM. Despite the change in date, all other details and documents related to the EGM, including the Proxy Form, remain unchanged.
