Overseas Chinese Town (Asia) Holdings Limited announced a delay in publishing a circular regarding a significant sale and related transaction, initially scheduled for on or before August 19, 2024. The circular, which will provide details on the disposal, independent financial advice, and information for an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), is now expected to be released by September 4, 2024. This postponement is due to the need for additional time to prepare and finalize the pertinent details.
