Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited has successfully acquired over 90% of Great Eastern Holdings Limited shares, offering remaining shareholders the right to sell their shares on identical terms. Shareholders who haven’t yet accepted the offer can exercise this right within three months following the dispatch of Form 58, as stipulated by Section 215(3) of the Companies Act.
