OCBC has announced the pricing of EUR 500 million in covered bonds at a 3.29% fixed annual interest, maturing in 2027, under its US$10 billion Global Covered Bond Programme. The bonds, backed by a guarantee from Red Sail Pte. Ltd., are set to be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) in June 2024. Proceeds from the bond issue will support OCBC’s general corporate activities.
