Ocado Group Updates Total Voting Rights

Ocado Group (GB:OCDO) has released an update.

Ocado Group PLC has announced that as of July 31, 2024, it has 831,217,563 ordinary shares with equal voting rights in circulation, excluding any treasury shares. Notably, shares held in trust for employee incentive schemes are considered for voting, but shares held by the Employee Benefit Trustee, which are treated as treasury shares for earnings calculations, do not count towards voting rights. This total voting rights figure is relevant for shareholders and others to determine their notification obligations under the FCA’s rules.
