Ocado Group PLC has announced an application for the listing of additional shares and a block listing on the London Stock Exchange, to fulfil options and share awards under its Restricted Share Plan. A total of 181,155 new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted on August 15, 2024, alongside a block listing of 4.2 million shares for future RSP grants. These shares will be on par with the current issued shares of the company.
