Ocado Group (GB:OCDO) has released an update.
Ocado Group PLC has successfully concluded an invitation to holders of certain notes to tender them for purchase, with the aggregate principal amount tendered reaching £703,516,000. The purchase, encompassing both Convertible Bonds and 2026 Notes, will cost the company a total of £654,269,880 excluding accrued interest. Payment for the notes accepted is expected to be made on 13 August 2024, following the satisfaction of the specified conditions.
