Obsidian Energy Ltd. has successfully completed a cash purchase offer for $2.0 million of its 11.95 percent Senior Unsecured Notes due in 2027, with the offer being significantly oversubscribed as holders tendered approximately $49.2 million worth of Notes. The settlement process has now been finalized with the company now having $114.2 million of Notes remaining outstanding. Despite the high demand, purchases were prorated and rounded to comply with minimum denomination requirements.
