An update from OBOOK Holdings, Inc. Class A ( (OWLS) ) is now available.
On May 19, 2026, OwlTing Group, the operating brand of OBOOK Holdings Inc., announced the upcoming launch of its OwlPay Booking Engine for Agent Checkout, a hospitality-focused booking system designed for AI agent-initiated reservations and payments. The service integrates OwlPay Agent Checkout, Agent Wallet, and Harbor to support search, booking confirmation, authorized payment, and cross-border settlement for hotels, B&Bs, OTAs, and hospitality platforms.
The company plans to begin rolling out the service in June 2026 by onboarding more than 2,800 existing OwlNest property management clients, which generated about USD 280 million in gross booking volume in 2025 and roughly USD 30 million in monthly orders in March and April 2026. Positioned against a projected USD 1.2 trillion global online travel market and rising AI-driven bookings, the new engine aims to give OwlTing a direct share of booking economics through platform, payment, and transaction fees, reinforcing its agentic commerce strategy while leveraging its licensed cross-border payment infrastructure in 40 U.S. states.
