OBOOK Holdings, Inc. Class A ( (OWLS) ) just unveiled an announcement.
In a December 29, 2025 update, OBOOK Holdings reported unaudited financial results for the first half of 2025, a self-described transition period in which management prioritized completing its core global payment and stablecoin settlement infrastructure over short-term revenue growth. For the six months ended June 30, 2025, total revenue edged up to US$3.84 million from US$3.61 million a year earlier, driven by a 16% increase in payment services revenue to US$2.17 million on Gross Payment Volume above US$110 million and more than 4,100 active accounts, and roughly 20% revenue growth in its OwlNest hospitality subscriptions to over 2,700 paying customers, partially offset by a decline in e-commerce platform revenue. Gross profit slipped to US$480,000 and gross margin to 12.5%, as higher-cost traditional gateway channels and increased cost of revenue weighed on profitability, while operating expenses rose to US$6.79 million largely due to one-off listing-related costs and investments in compliance and scalability. Management said its global payment stack—covering regulatory readiness, settlement, processing capacity and compliance—is now largely in place, supporting multi-billion-dollar monthly transaction capacity for onboarded enterprise customers, and expects enterprise activation, corridor expansion, and monetization of its largely fixed-cost infrastructure to accelerate from 2026, positioning the company for improved margins and operating leverage as stablecoin-native settlement volumes grow.
