Oberon AIM VCT plc, a venture capital trust, has issued a prospectus for a new subscription offer to raise up to £5 million, with an additional over-allotment facility of £3.4 million. This fundraising initiative will allow the company to issue up to 30 million new shares, priced at 10 pence each, following approval from the Financial Conduct Authority. Oberon Investments Limited, acting as the promoter, will receive a fee based on funds raised, with the structure deemed fair and reasonable by the company’s sponsor. The offer will be open from 12 February 2025, closing on specified dates for different tax years unless fully subscribed earlier.
