Oberon AIM VCT PLC, a venture capital trust, announced the issuance of 452,999 new ordinary shares as part of its subscription offer to raise up to £5 million, with the potential to extend to £3.4 million more. These shares, priced at 27.98 pence each, will be admitted to the London Stock Exchange, increasing the total voting rights to 6,027,402, which shareholders can use to assess changes in their share capital interests.
