Oberon AIM VCT plc, a venture capital trust, has announced a proposed final dividend of 1.3 pence per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on June 30, 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid to shareholders on July 30, 2025, with the record date set for July 11, 2025.
