Oatly Group ( (OTLY) ) has provided an announcement.

On April 27, 2026, Oatly Group AB published its Swedish statutory annual report for the 2025 financial year, reporting a 4.7% rise in revenue to $862.5 million, driven by volume growth in Europe & International and Greater China, despite volume reductions in North America. The company continued to streamline operations and pursue an asset-light supply chain, cutting 94 jobs, incurring $4.9 million in restructuring costs, and stating it expects current liquidity and capital resources to cover business needs for at least 12 months.

During 2025, Oatly launched a strategic review of its Greater China business aimed at unlocking value, while maintaining ongoing operations in the region and signaling that the process might or might not lead to a transaction. The group also restructured its financing, issuing SEK 1.7 billion in senior secured Nordic Bonds to refinance existing debt and arranging a SEK 750 million super senior revolving credit facility, tightening its capital structure with new covenants and security packages that could influence future leverage, liquidity management and capital allocation.

The most recent analyst rating on (OTLY) stock is a Buy with a $14.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Oatly Group stock, see the OTLY Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on OTLY Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, OTLY is a Neutral.

The score is held down primarily by weak financial strength—high leverage with a very thin equity base, ongoing losses, and still-negative free cash flow—despite improving operating trends. Technicals are supportive of a recent uptrend, and the earnings call reinforces a credible margin/EBITDA improvement path, but valuation remains constrained by unprofitability and execution risks (customer headwind, China review, and delayed free-cash-flow positivity).
