Oatly Group ( (OTLY) ) has provided an announcement.

Oatly Group AB reported unaudited interim results for the three months ended March 31, 2026, showing revenue of $228.3 million, up from $197.5 million a year earlier, and gross profit of $76.3 million versus $62.3 million. Despite the higher sales and improved gross profit, the company posted an operating loss of $11.3 million and a net loss attributable to shareholders of $12.0 million, broadly in line with the prior-year period.

Basic and diluted loss per share remained at $0.02, while basic loss per ADS, each representing 20 ordinary shares, narrowed to $0.38 from $0.42 a year earlier. Total comprehensive loss reached $18.0 million, reversing a $12.2 million comprehensive income in the comparable 2025 quarter, mainly due to negative foreign currency translation effects, underlining that Oatly is still in a loss-making phase even as its top line and gross profitability improve.

The most recent analyst rating on (OTLY) stock is a Buy with a $14.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Oatly Group stock, see the OTLY Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on OTLY Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, OTLY is a Neutral.

The score is held down primarily by weak financial strength—high leverage with a very thin equity base, ongoing losses, and still-negative free cash flow—despite improving operating trends. Technicals are supportive of a recent uptrend, and the earnings call reinforces a credible margin/EBITDA improvement path, but valuation remains constrained by unprofitability and execution risks (customer headwind, China review, and delayed free-cash-flow positivity).
