OAR Resources Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Brazil’s state-owned Indústrias Nucleares do Brasil to collaborate on uranium projects, following a significant expansion of its uranium land holdings in Brazil. The company has identified promising uranium mineralization occurrences at its Amorinópolis Project and is planning further exploration. Additionally, OAR has restructured its board to enhance its focus on exploration activities in Brazil and Namibia.
