Oakley Capital Investments Limited is set to acquire vitroconnect, a prominent German broadband open access platform, marking Oakley Capital Origin II’s first platform investment. OCI will contribute up to £19 million indirectly to the deal, which aligns with its strategy of investing in high-growth, profitable founder-led businesses. The transaction is expected to complete by the end of H1 2024 and is forecasted to capitalize on Germany’s expanding fibre broadband market.
