O3 Mining Sells Properties to Alamos Gold

O3 Mining Inc. has completed the sale of its Matachewan and Wydee properties to Alamos Gold for C$3,500,000 plus a 1.0% net smelter returns royalty. The deal is part of O3 Mining’s strategy to focus on their Marban Alliance project and streamline their asset portfolio. The proximity of the sold properties to Alamos Gold’s Young-Davidson Mine suggests a strategic fit for the buyer.
