NZME Limited has issued 281,815 fully paid ordinary shares at no cash cost to participants following the exercise of performance rights under the 2024 short-term incentive tranche of its total incentive plan. The issue, representing about 0.15% of NZME’s total ordinary shares on issue and bringing the total to 188,181,619 shares, forms part of the company’s ongoing equity-based remuneration strategy, aligning staff incentives with shareholder interests while slightly diluting existing holders, with all new shares ranking equally with existing stock.
