NZME Limited has cancelled 154,066 unquoted long-term performance share rights issued under its 2025 Total Incentive Plan, representing 23.6% of that specific class of performance rights. The cancellation follows the lapse of these rights due to certain plan participants ceasing employment before the vesting date, leaving 498,550 rights of this class on issue and reflecting routine adjustment of NZME’s executive and staff incentive structures without altering its ordinary share capital.
