NZME ( (NZMEF) ) has provided an update.

NZME Limited has cancelled 182,985 unquoted long-term performance share rights (LTI PSRs) from its 2024 Total Incentive Plan grant, representing 18.3% of that class of rights. The lapse and cancellation were authorised by a directors’ resolution dated 3 January 2026, triggered because certain plan participants will cease employment before the vesting date and therefore will not meet the vesting conditions; following the cancellation, 814,185 rights of this class remain on issue, reflecting routine adjustment of the company’s equity-based remuneration rather than a change to its core capital structure.
