Net Zero Infrastructure Plc (NZI), a company focused on acquiring and developing clean energy technology, has completed the valuation of QuiaPEG Pharmaceuticals AB’s intellectual property at approximately £30m. QuiaPEG, known for its patented Uni-Qleaver® drug delivery platform, trades on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. NZI is progressing towards finalizing the prospectus and license agreement to complete the transaction soon.
