New Zealand Energy Corp. (NZEC) is set to raise $4.5 million through a private placement of 6 million shares at $0.75 each, aiming to fund development in its key fields and for general corporate purposes. The company also announced a partnership with Auctus Advisors LLC to strengthen its UK capital markets presence, with advisory services including investor relations and equity research. The private placement, subject to regulatory approval, is expected to close around April 5, 2024, with potential finder’s fees and warrants as part of the deal.
