NZEC Expands Private Placement, Awaits TSXV Approval

New Zealand Energy (TSE:NZ) has released an update.

New Zealand Energy Corp. has expanded its private placement offering from $4.5 million to $5 million, with Charlestown Energy Partners planning a significant investment and their Managing Member, Robert Bose, set to join NZEC’s Board of Directors. The increase is pending approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, and the company has ceased taking additional subscriptions as it awaits finalization.
