An announcement from Vista Group International Ltd ( (AU:VGL) ) is now available.

New Zealand Superannuation Fund Nominees Ltd, as nominee for the New Zealand Superannuation Fund, has reduced its substantial holding in Vista Group International Ltd to 5.347% of the company’s ordinary shares. The decrease follows on-market trading between 5 February and 15 April 2026, during which the fund sold a net 2.54 million Vista shares, signalling a notable portfolio rebalancing by a major institutional investor while remaining a significant shareholder.

Following the trades, the fund holds 12,795,655 Vista shares out of a total 239,288,701 on issue, with stakes split between its internal equities portfolios and an externally managed portfolio run by Mint Asset Management. The adjustment in ownership slightly lowers one of Vista’s key long-term institutional positions, which may influence perceptions of the stock’s support base but does not alter the fund’s ongoing role as a substantial holder.
