New Zealand King Salmon Investments Ltd. is urging shareholders to vote on key resolutions, including director remuneration and the election of new board members, either online or via postal forms before the Annual Meeting on June 19, 2024. Shareholders can appoint a proxy, such as the Chair of the meeting, to vote on their behalf if they’re unable to attend in person. Votes related to Resolution 2 from NZKS directors or their associates will be excluded unless they’re cast as proxy following explicit instructions.
