Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK) is set to receive approximately USD 527 million in dividends from its equity method affiliate, Ocean Network Express PTE. LTD., by November 15, 2024. This dividend will be recorded as non-operating revenue in NYK’s financial statements for the third quarter, but it will not impact the consolidated results.
