NXT Energy Solutions Inc. has successfully completed its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, resulting in the election of eight directors and the appointment of MNP LLP as auditors for the coming year. Shareholders also approved resolutions allowing MCAPM LP to become a new control person and to convert debentures into over 10% of the company’s common shares.
