On February 18, 2025, NWTN Inc. received a deficiency notice from Nasdaq due to its Class B Ordinary Shares failing to meet the $1 minimum bid price requirement. This notice does not immediately affect the shares’ listing, but the company has until August 18, 2025, to comply by maintaining a closing bid price of at least $1 for ten consecutive business days. Failing this, NWTN may get an additional 180 days to comply if it meets other listing standards. The company is considering options to regain compliance but there is no assurance of success.
