NWF Group plc, a UK-based specialist distributor, has issued 10,969 new ordinary shares to its CFO, Katie Shortland, as part of her compensation package. These shares are expected to start trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 21 August 2024. Post-issuance, the total number of ordinary shares in NWF Group plc will be 49,450,350, with the new shares ranking equally with the existing ones.
