NWF Group Director Buys Company Shares

NWF Group plc (GB:NWF) has released an update.

NWF Group plc has announced that Non-Executive Director Amanda Burton has acquired 17,254 ordinary shares, which represents a 0.03% stake in the company. This purchase, transacted on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 173p per share, increases Ms. Burton’s beneficial interest in the company’s issued share capital to the same amount.
