NWF Group plc has announced the appointment of Amanda Burton as the new Chair and Tim Cooper as a Non-Executive Director, both effective from 18 July 2024. Burton will take over from Philip Acton following the company’s AGM on 26 September 2024, bringing extensive experience from various sectors, while Cooper will chair the Remuneration Committee. These appointments are part of a strategic move to drive shareholder returns and support NWF’s growth.
