NVC International Holdings Limited has announced a change in its company logo effective from 30 July 2024, marking a refreshed corporate identity. The new logo will appear on all corporate materials and the company’s website, but will not affect shareholder rights or share certificate validity. Existing share certificates with the old logo will remain in circulation until the stock is depleted.
