NVC International Holdings Ltd. successfully conducted its annual general meeting on June 14, 2024, where shareholders voted on several key resolutions, including the adoption of audited financial statements, the re-election of directors, and the approval of director remuneration. Resolutions also passed to re-appoint the auditor, authorize share buyback, and issue shares, as well as to amend the company’s memorandum and articles of association, all with a majority of over 79% in favor.
