NV Gold Corporation has launched a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $500,000 by offering 2 million units at $0.20 each, with additional warrants for share purchase. This strategic move aims to fund the exploration of its wholly owned properties in Nevada and support general and administrative expenses. The placement is subject to regulatory approvals and will be conducted in adherence to TSX Venture Exchange policies.
