Nuvei Corporation has successfully transitioned to a private entity following its acquisition by Neon Maple Purchaser Inc., a company created by Advent International. As part of the deal, Nuvei’s founder and CEO, Philip Fayer, along with other investors, remain significant stakeholders in the company, which will now focus on accelerating global growth. The company’s shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq, marking a new chapter in its strategic expansion.
