Nuvei Endorsed for Acquisition by Advisory Firm

Nuvei Corp (TSE:NVEI) has released an update.

Glass, Lewis & Co., a prominent proxy advisory firm, has endorsed the approval of Nuvei Corporation’s proposed Arrangement with Neon Maple Purchaser Inc., advising shareholders to vote in favor of the transaction. The Arrangement would result in the Purchaser, controlled by Advent International, acquiring all of Nuvei’s outstanding shares for US$34.00 each, excluding those rolled over by key investors. The Nuvei Board, with independent directors’ consensus, also recommends shareholders support the special resolution at the upcoming virtual Meeting on June 18, 2024.
