NutryFarm’s Judicial Management Hearing Adjourned

NutryFarm International (SG:AZT) has released an update.

NutryFarm International Limited has announced that the High Court of Singapore has adjourned the hearing for its sixth extension of the judicial management order to October 21, 2024. In the interim, the company’s judicial management order and the Judicial Manager’s term have been provisionally extended to the same date. The adjournment follows an intervention by an interested party, Ms. Luo Li, who has been directed to file an affidavit detailing her queries.
