NuRAN Secures $15M for African Network Expansion

Nuran Wireless (TSE:NUR) has released an update.

NuRAN Wireless Inc. has secured a $15 million senior secured credit facility from a Global Asset Management Company to expand its telecommunications infrastructure across Africa. This strategic financial move, with an option to scale up to $70 million, is set to accelerate network installations in countries including Cameroon, DRC, Ivory Coast, and Madagascar. The seven-year loan, with a two-year grace period and a fixed interest rate, aims to support NuRAN’s growth and facilitate economic development in the region.
