The Board of Directors of Tycod Autotech has recommended the appointment of KRA & Co. Chartered Accountants as the new statutory auditors, pending shareholder approval at an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting. This change is set to take effect from the conclusion of the EGM and will last until the next Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025-26. The newly appointed firm, KRA & Co., brings 41 years of experience in auditing and related services, which may enhance the financial oversight and governance of Tycod Autotech.
