NuLegacy Gold Completes Initial Private Placement Funding

NuLegacy Gold (TSE:NUG) has released an update.

NuLegacy Gold has successfully closed the first tranche of its private placement, securing C$452,000, with significant contributions from Crescat Capital and company insiders. The funds raised will be allocated to mineral properties maintenance, general and administrative expenses, and working capital, with the final closing of the offering scheduled for September 27, 2024.
