Nuix Limited is set to issue 104,657 fully paid ordinary shares on October 3, 2024, as part of a retention strategy for employees and contractors of the Topos business who meet certain milestones. This move, separate from milestone payments under the Equity Purchase Agreement, aims to encourage continued service within the company.
