Nuclear Fuels Inc. successfully completed a $13.9 million financing through a combination of a bought deal offering and a non-brokered private placement with strategic investors, including enCore Energy Corp. The funds raised will be used to advance the company’s uranium projects in the United States and for general corporate purposes.
