Uravan Minerals (TSE:NF) has released an update.
Nuclear Fuels Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $856,269 through the issuance of over 2.4 million units at $0.35 each. The funding will fuel exploration and development of the Kaycee ISR Uranium Project in Wyoming and other ventures, while ensuring enCore Energy Corp., the company’s principal shareholder, maintains an 18.3% interest.
